User passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are hashed before storage. Neither is ever stored or logged in plain text.

Email/matter classification runs on-device with an embedded model — nothing is sent to a third-party AI service to process it.
Encrypted at rest, precisely
Hosted data sits on a LUKS2 volume (AES-256-XTS). Being specific about the limit: the volume unlocks automatically at boot, so this protects the disk if it's detached, snapshotted, or decommissioned — it is not protection against someone who already has root on the running server.
Early access, honestly
We're not SOC 2 certified — no early-stage company legitimately is. A formal third-party audit is on our roadmap, not a claim we're making yet.
